What services does FLOW Iwona Smolińska offer?

The offer includes: musical accompaniment for events (DJ + live vocals), wellbeing programs for companies, workshops and FLOW Weekends, and Pilates classes held at agritourism venues.

What does the musical accompaniment (DJ + live vocals) include?

Musical accompaniment is a combination of a DJ and a live vocal performance tailored to the character of the event. The exact scope (performance time, repertoire, hosting of the event) is agreed individually at booking.

What are wellbeing programs for companies and workshops/ FLOW Weekends?

Wellbeing programs are activities aimed at employees' health and wellbeing — modules may include movement, relaxation and workshop sessions. FLOW Weekends are more intensive, weekend workshops focused on personal development and movement. Details and the program are adapted to the client's needs.
